Ordering & Product Questions

Artsy Fruits creates hand-crafted, artistically arranged fruit gifts for all occasions—from birthdays to corporate events. Each order is made fresh and designed to wow.

To order your custom arrangement, simply go to our Order Form and fill out your details — including your event date, occasion type, guest count, and any design preferences. You can even upload inspiration photos to help us bring your vision to life!

Yes! We offer custom designs for special events. Just reach out to our team at olga@artsyfruits.com with your request.

Delivery Questions

We currently offer free delivery to within 20-25 miles of Raleigh center city point. You can check availability during checkout or contact us with your zip code.

Our beautiful arrangements are hand carved so same day delivery will not be available.

Our business hours are from 9am to 5pm est time.

Once we have confirmed receipt of your order, we can discuss your exact delivery time.

Absolutely! You can choose a delivery date up to 30 days in advance at checkout.

Payment & Policy Questions

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo and Google Pay through our Square App.

Orders may be canceled or changed up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Please email olga@artsyfruits.com to make changes.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
